Drop anchor for a 90-minute dive into the heart of our wine-growing world.
“The Vines and the Bottle” route
Visit schedule (on site at the estate):
1 – In-depth vineyard discovery through our treasure-hunt, on foot or by bike
Fun walk (approx. 1 h) self-guided through our parcels. Discover everything about the vineyard and its terroir while enjoying the scenery. Start and return to the estate for the remainder of the visit (cellar and wine tasting).
2 – Presentation of the cellar and its activities (15 min): vinification, wine aging
3 – Guided tasting of 4 wines (15 min)

Sensory Discovery Stopover
Join us on a journey to the heart of wine flavors.
This introductory oenology workshop immerses you in the fascinating world of wine, from vine to glass, to awaken your senses and refine your palate.
Workshop schedule:
1 – Guided tour of the Estate: discovery of the cellar and behind the scenes of our know-how. From vineyard cultivation to vinification,
2 – Aromas workshop: interactive immersion into the subtle world of wine aromas (fruit, flowers, spices…) Introduction to techniques of recognizing and memorizing aromatic notes that make each wine unique.
3 – Tasting of 5 iconic cuvées: guided and commented by a passionate expert. To elevate this moment, the tasting is accompanied by a board of local cheeses, paired with the carefully selected wines.

Immersive Viticultural Workshop
Dive into the heart of the vineyard
For viticulture enthusiasts or those who simply wish to discover the behind-the-scenes of wine production, an immersive viticultural workshop is an unmissable experience. You will learn to listen to and care for the vine at different times of the year.
- In winter, initiation to pruning techniques for a healthy vine. With the help of one of our specialists, you will practice these techniques on vine stocks, discovering the importance of this step for the quality of future grapes. .
- In spring, thinning and trellising to obtain beautiful grapes. By learning to recognize promising buds and structuring the canes, participants will contribute to the vine’s health and productivity.
- In autumn, the excitement of the harvest to gather the fruits of a year’s work. Participants will be immersed in the festive atmosphere of grape picking by hand while respecting traditional methods.
- The workshop concludes with a meal of local products accompanied by a tasting of the estate’s wines.
